Sorry to relive this one (and much more sorry for not writing in italian yet).

Some update at my signature...

I have traced the problem and it looks like poor lubrication makes the seal to roll over and twist causeing a leak.

Marzocchi USA didn't warranty it. I rather got the seals for the rebuild and the rebuild information.

However, I was given 64mm of IFP depth for my 7.875" X 2" shock... but I have measured the damper shaft to go as deep as 72mm!!

Something is not right!
If I would use 64mm deep, the shaft will hit the IFP piston and compress it... But that's not the problem. The real problem is that it would produce some vacuum... Oil CAN'T expand!!

Do you know if any of the Marzocchi Italy technicians are still around?
It's a Roco Air R from 2007, no piggy back. It's the in-line one.
Anyone has had their Roco rebuilt by Marzocchi?
