This is a HOOD Mussel made by Jimmy P, formerly of SPOOOKY cycles. Basically a CRO-MOLY tribute to the SPOOKY "Project X". Less than 10 of these bikes exist. This bike is by far the MEANEST single pivot frame out there. It Uses a 3.0" stroke shock to get 9" of ground stomping travel. I have built up my bike with the best components money can buy. This is a NO PUSSIES RIDE, you've gotta be hard core to own this bike, I won't sell it to just anyone. If you're a HARD CORE DROPPING fool...this might be the perfect bik for you. This bike Inspires dangerous ammonuts of confidence! Here is a list of the components I built it with. HOOD MUSSEL frame w/AVALANCHE 3.0 shock an profile SS cranks AVALANCHE MTN-8 fork, the sickest fork on the planet! all options, floating valves, anti bottoming, 3 sets of leg guards, and an extra bolt on stem. Cost from AVY $4000 !! Atom Lab trail pimp rims on HADLEY HUBS. 24"R, 26"F, the rear hub is 20mm/15mm/ or 12mm through axle 160mm width. EVIL chainguide, of course! Hayes Brakes with 8" rotors. Easton Bars. Odi-Lock on grips. Hurricane seatpost withAzonic saddle. Gazzaloddi 24"x3.0 and 26"x3.0 tires. many of these components could be changed to accomodate you, buit all these parts are new, I recently replaced anything that looked like it had been ridden for a photo shoot. It looks new , not a scratch can be seen. I have a few custom items that can be sold with this bike, first, a Proto-type chain tensioner to keep the chain from hitting the chainstay, and also a custom SEISMIC hub for the rear. one of a kind items!
